Reservations Required. Visitors are able to book appointments up to two weeks in advance.

Multiple guests are seen by Santa during each time slot.

All reservations are available online. Visitors can cancel and reschedule online, as well as through simple interactions via text or Email.

Visitors should arrive as close to their reservation time as possible.

Your reservation time is an estimate. Peaks of service, and the unique experience of every visitor can affect this. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your quoted reservation time.

Magical Mondays! Every Monday, while supplies last, children present for purchased photos will receive a plush reindeer slap bracelet.
